Charlotte Albion B.Ed (Hons) Physical Education, Senior Pilates Instructor and STOTT Pilates instructor trainer.

Drawing on her in-depth anatomical knowledge and her vast experience in teaching Pilates at all levels, Charlotte will guide you through a series of dynamic exercises designed to improve your strength, flexibility and postural realignment. Pilates can be a really transformative practice, as Joseph H. Pilates said himself, ‘You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions’.

At Ludgate Clinic our face-to-face 1-to-1 classes offer a combination of both mat-work and Reformer based Pilates.

Charlotte’s classes offer a customised and targeted approach for all levels from beginners to advanced.
